About

Born in a musician’s family, I grew up surrounded by music instruments and sounds. My father taught me the piano, my mother, the guitar. After a few years learning the flute, it’s eventually the voice that became my choice of musical instrument. From classical world to the traditional one – I’ve been studying and teaching Indonesian music , from French songs to the international pop, passing by Jazz, my repertory is quite various. With some of my compositions, I’m always trying to explore and to evolve more and more my vocal and musical possibilities. This blog will be my evolution.

  22. It’s like I’ve come across a gold mine when I came upon your blog. You are an awesome gem, Ma’am. Keep doing your work, and continue to inspire others (like me). Can I just ask, do you have post about how you make your music? Just curious. And interested to know more about you and your music. Thanks! 🙂

    • voxmarie says:

Wow! I’m very glad I came across your blog that you started to follow mine! Thanks a lot for your comment, your words are going straight to my heart.
The way I make my music is never the same. Sometimes, words come in my mind and I make a music out of all those sounds, sometimes, I have a melody in my heart and i put words on it. Never the same, I guess it depends on my state of mind, the weather outside, my surrounding…
      Thanks again for your interest.
I wish you all the best, peace and love!
